In 2025, Florida Complete Care (FC2) will offer two of its plans (002 IE-SNP and 004 D-SNP) as HMO Point of Service Special Needs Plans. This change will give FC2 members in these plans the freedom to receive care from in-network or out-of-network specialists without a referral or authorization.
